hi all,
I am starting a project which will require the construction of a lambda phage library from gDNA. I have researched the topic and most people in similar circumstances use ZAP express lambda as their vector. I have the protocol from Stratagene and am attempting to get through it but it is really unclear and as a newcomer in the area it is really daunting. Has anyone a printed protocol of how it is done in their laboratory? Or know any resource that may help?
