Hi, guys

I have a very very simple question

But just would like to know if anyone knows

do you think the culture primary T cells will survive in ice for 1hr  :blink: .... then I will stain for facs after that

That should be no problem.  If they have been in high concentrations of IL2 and you remove that then they could undergo apoptosis because of the cytokine withdrawal.  If that isn't the case then they should be fine held on ice for 1 hour.
