Hi,

in my microarray experiment I obtained a list of 88 genes which were differentially expressed after treatment. When looking more closely at these genes, I found that several of them are actually neighboring genes in the human genome which indicates that they may be co-regulated. It concerns 19 genes in 9 different genomic locations, and I am quite convinced that this is much more than would be expected by chance. So, I would like to get some p-value out of this, but I really don't have any idea how to calculate this.

Can anyone help me out here?

Cheers,

Roel
