HI FRIENDS
I AM A PLANT MOLECULAR BIOLOGY STUDENT. I HAVE PREPARED THE GENE SPECIFIC PRIMERS. MY PROBELEM IS THAT I GOT AMPLIFICATION WITH cDNA BUT UNABLE TO GOT FROM THE GENOMIC DNA. i AM UNABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS.

Did your primer spans the intron region, and only amplified the spliced exon?
