Hi,

I would like to find out if anyone is familiar of techniques to intergrate plasmids to yeast. I read about a loop-in-loop out experiment on a paper but it was very brief and didn't have much detail. I have a plasmid that has a LEU marker and have to integrate it to the strain to obtain my construct.
Any info will be helpful. Also I would like to clarify what a partial tandem duplication of a gene is?
