Does anyone have a protocol for how to collagen-coat glass coverslips. I'm culturing mouse corneal epithelial cells and haven't had a problem culturing them on collagen-coated plastic, but my cells do not seem to be growing on the coverslips that I coated using same protocol. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
