Dear all, I am doing western blot to detect the histone acetylation status of proinflammatory gene in response to bacterial infection. Please someone has the experience recommend antibody which work very well. I don't wanna my boss get pissed when I do some experiment and is not working.Thanks

you can buy a kit from Cell Signaling called Acetyl-Histone H3 antibody sampler kit. Check it up

If you are gonna do ChIps assaysyou should check as well some Abcam antibodies
