How long would you store the following buffer (4 C):
60 mM Tris
2 mM EDTA
2 mM EGTA
pH 8,1 ?
I still have quite a lot in the cold room and I don't know if it is of any use after one year.

Hard to believe anything is growing in it. It's probably ok.

I don't think anything is growing there either, at least macroscopically it looks clean.
What about other issues of stability etc?

all three components are stable. you can check the pH to ensure that there is no significant variation but make sure you check at the same temperature that you originally adjusted.
