Hi all,
I have been working in cell culture for the last 2 and half years. i have also picked up skills like kinase profiling, cell based assays etc.
My big question is in which way should i progress to be specialised in some thing ( may be cell culture as i have spent a decent time on it already).
because of the recession i have been facing lots of problems in sorting out my career..i started as a technician then worked as a scientist and now i am back to working as a technologist(as i wanted to get into a multinational and earn better money), but that also has made me work as a technologist instead of a scientist(A STEP BACK IN MY CAREER).
i am confused what am i doing wrong..? or how should i be planning my career..? or what skills would i need on my cv to make my CV complete and special. I have done my masters in biotechnology.
please please help me guys...!!
your advice and experience would be most appreciated.!!
thank you all in advance.

What qualifications do you have? If you want to progress your career you can further your education with a BSc, MSc, PhD, post-docs etc.
