Anyone got suggestions for a good program for qPCR data analysis?

We recently had a webinar with Integromics for their RealTime StatMiner. StatMiner

While the program is pretty sweet, the license fee is way, way too high for our budget.  $5,600 for a single seat and $10,000 for a 3 year license (Yes, you read that right.)

I have toyed around with Data Assist 2.0, a free program from the ABI website(similar types of analysis as StatMiner but it is really basic.)  Data Assist

I am looking for something more robust than Data Assist but cheaper(much cheaper) than StatMiner.

Hi,

you can look for qBaseplus or Genex, these are also qPCR analysis softwares which should be cheaper than StatMiner but I never worked with them.

hi! i've been using statminer for c.7 months now and can tell you the difference     i like i can filter the ct values as i want eg filter ct>36 of 75% samples,and can check if my endogenous behave as endogenous with genorm alg. now i am using wilcoxon test for part of my project ( they provide me scientific support.)  
btw the price of qbaseplus was only 600$ cheaper when i bought

You might check out LInRegPCR (http://www.gene-quan...l#new-linregpcr). You would still need to extract the data in a usable way from the machine--but LinRegPCR has some published claims which make it seem a little better than some of the competitors and is free--but I don't use it much--hasnt' seemed worth the trouble.
