Hi,

I currently use a lidocaine/EDTA solution (4mg/ml lidocaine and 10mM EDTA) to lift RAW264.7 macrophages. I do not understand how the lidocaine works- can anyone help me? The only reference I can find in the literature that may deal with the mechanism is: (In Vitro. 1975 Nov-Dec;11(6):379-81.
