Dear all

I am new to FACS. I have collected some cell cycle data with PI staining on Cellquest Pro. I would now like to transfer the FACS files to Modfit LT and do the cell cycle analysis. I tried to look for export FCS format in the cellquest pro but couldn't find it. Hence, I copied the histogram files and tried opening them in Modfit LT trial version but unfortunately, the files could not be opened. I am now stuck and don't know how to analyze the number(%) of cells in each stage of the cell cycle.

Please help me out as to how am I supposed to analyze.
