I am working with Radirespirometry Using Mycobacterium Cells, Can any body Suggest a simple technique to Quantify the No. of cells in the innoculum. THANX

Mycobacterium tuberculosis are infectious strains. Can you suggest how to go about it.

if you can desaggregate your cells as their are free in your medium you realize a abs 620 nm. Send me a e-mail if you have pb
