Hi

Just wondering if I can keep the cDNA at -20 for around 3-4 weeks before I run my real time pcr... does it compromise the result in any way?? I supposed no??

Thanks

It should be fine.

We do real-time PCR all the time, and store cDNA at -20 for months, probably over a year for some samples, and have never noticed any negative effects on subsequent PCR or real-time PCR.
