For total protein content normalization of cancer biomarkers in the serum. I'm not even sure if one exists but if anyone knows of one I'd appreciate your feedback.

I.e. a serum equivalent for actin or GADPH.

I'm not aware of any true housekeeping proteins for serum. Such normalization isn't required for serum for publication. If you really want to, however, you could try using IgM, as per this paper: http://www.mcponline...nt/4/6/773.full
