Hi All,
I am trying to use a Cell ELISA to quantify a transmembrane protein, but the antibodies I have have been raised vs the cytoplasmic domain of these proteins, then I think I should permeabilise the cells, Does anyone know a method?
Another question, in my last ELISA even when I see a really blue color ( Abs 450 nm) when I read the absorbance, the levels were not corresponding with the color I see, Does anyone have any idea that what is happening?
