I need help in the proceedures for obtaining sufficient harvest of spores for Bacillus stearothermophilus and subtilis, in addition, isolating them and cleaning them for use as biological indicators for my reseach project PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe this helps,
you should take the cultere which was incubated overnight (of course liqid media) and then put them to 80C water bath for 10 minutes after that you have the only spores not the vegatatif cells, if you put them to pour media you can preserve the spore form
