hi

we are looking at the possiblities of generating an Anti-idiotypic antibodies againt a monoclonal antibody

how are Anti-idiotypic antibodies generated against an particular antibody ?? and how do one purify these antibodies from the pool of antibodies generated (generally how much percentage of all the antibodies generated in an animal are Anti-idiotypic antibodies)???
