HEY EVERYONE~

I'm looking for cell lines which are easy to transfect and also use for pGAS-luc assay.
I already tried HELA cells, but they are hard to transfect (fugene/lipofectamine). that's making my luciferase assay result very bad....  
please help me~

HI
you can try 293T cells. my colleague using this cell line for LUC analyzing.
