we want to enrich carcinoma cells from buffy coat. after cell preparation i want to isolate RNA - it is known that there are only 1 carcinoma cell in 1000.000 leukocytes (at least i have around 100 cells used for RNA isolation.

does anyone of you know a protocol to isolate RNA from few cells?
