can anyone help me....
i have a doubt that.. is it okey doing cloning with topo xl for the genomic DNA which has restricted with RSa1 or Alu1 . The smear concentrating near 1kb. and also what is the faint bands that is there in the smear. whether it will create any problem in further ligation and cloning?
