Lenalidomide + NFkB + Cell Cycle experiment design
Hi everyone, this is my first post here so I hope I'm posting this in the correct forum. I've been spending my summer at a cancer research institution researching the effects of Lenalidomide on the cell cycle of malignant B-cells (non-hodgkins Lymphoma). Lately I've been reading a lot about the transcription factor NFkB and its Anti-apoptotic properties. The drug I've been studying (Lenalidomide) is known to be an inhibitor of NFkB. I would really like to design an experiment that investigates something around NFkB, Lenalidomide, and the cell cycle. Does anyone have any ideas or know of any specific proteins I should look at? Or maybe something to do with NFkB's cellular inhibitor, IkB?
