Hello, i hope any one could advise, i have been repeating som many trails all with same results.. why i am getting this sort of migration where the sample migrate obliquely? pleas ei would appreciate any help...

The sample is being pulled in the direction of the electric field. If this happens regardless of what the sample is, my guess would be your SDS-PAGE unit is broken. Did you look it over from broken or displaced wires or cracks? Did you try separation of your sample in another unit?
