Hi all, just wondering if anybody knows a protocol for BN-PAGE using Tris-glycine system? All the protocols and papers i read on BN-Page uses Bis-Tris tricine system with pH ~7. If I use a tris-glycine system, should i adjust my pH to 7 as well? Thanks

use the buffer system called for by the protocol.
