Hi,
I have been performing multiplex PCR using a QIAGEN multiplex kit and have been trying to find out the concentrations of dNTPs, Taq and buffer that are included in the reaction. There is little indication of their concentrations in the handbook that comes with the kit. I therefore wondered if anyone else who has used the kit has an a rough idea of their concentrations.
