Hello peoples,
I just found they sell online dirt cheap goat anti-rabbit IgG antibodies (unconjugated) and I wonder whether they can be used against primary Abs made in rabbit, so then another Ab (such as Anti-goat FITC) can later be applied to label it. This way I could use -sequentially- 2 primary rabbit Abs after converting the first into a goat one.
I guess an anti-rabbit TRITC may still bind to exposed sites the goat-covered one, but does anybody has any advice?
regards,
V.
