I am running an assay to test the effect of 3 different extracts at 6 different concentrations on cell adhesion. I want to show which of the extracts shows best inhibition. Which statistical analysis should i use to determine which extract shows significant inhibition potential? Should I use 2 way ANOVA? what would be most suitable post hoc tests?

Can someone help me please??? Thank you in advance =)

I’d try to compare the IC50’s, or some similar binding parameter, for the three extracts. You will probably need curve fitting software to calculate errors and 95% confidence intervals.
