Ey guys, a general question:
I want to differentiate my C2C12 cells to muscle cells. Normally I just put them in medium with 2% horse serum. The problem is that normally I can not go more than 5-6 days in the differentiation proccess because they start to deattach, and to die. Do you have the same problem? any suggestion?
