Hi! I'm having some problems with PMA-differentiated U937 cells. Although I can induce IL-10 production with my stimulus, spontaneous secretion also raises in a time-dependent fashion... This doesn't happen with TNF-alpha.

I suspect of FCS in the complete medium (+RPMI+PenG)...

Does anyone has a similar experience?
