HiI have a question about formula of resins which are used in immunocytochemistry.I made a resin by this formula:

Epon 812  12.5 grAraldite   10 grDDSA       30 grDmp-30   0.85 grtotal volume 200ccand I blocked a plant section into this resin, but we got negative result when I used antibody for immunolabeling. I think this resin is not good for immunolabeling, but I am not sure.please write me more information about it.
