Hi,
I developed a taqman qPCR method to detect and quantify Fusarium spp. I have a set of Ct and graphs. I was wondering how to present the results. My graphs arent really perfect, so should I just report the Ct values, since I see a lot of peer papers that just do that?
How to I analyse the Ct. Is there an formula or representation method?
thanks

yeah, if you check in internet for the DeltaCt method you will find it
