Greetings, All.

Work in my institution has taken a new turn, and we're now wanting to look at SIM2 and/or AMACR levels in human sera, initially by indirect ELISA.  These aren't common factors, however ... if anyone has had success in the lab with commercially available recombinant protein and/or a primary antibody for either or both of these, I'd be appreciative to know of it; we're looking to get a basic indirect ELISA going, at least.
