Hi,
I did western for an antigen secreted in the media. I collected the supernatan, loaded the same amount of protein in each well and did the western and ELIZA.
The reviewer is asking me for internal control.
Whar internal control you think I can use?

the protein of interest in purified or at lest enriched amounts loaded on the same gel or ELISA plate
