Hi,

I did an CD3 immunistaining of somenude rat tissues (heart, guts... ). The Nude rat seems to have T cells in those 2 tissues. In my understanding Nude rats are depleted in T cell, so should not express CD3.

Is it a kind of artifact? Staining is clear... no staining appear on the rag 2 mice tissues (that I used as a negative control)
