I found your question and unfortunately I don't know the answer.
I'm actually contacting you now to ask you if you have gotten a protocol that I can use if you don't mind.
I'm trying to transfect P815 cell line and I can't find a protocol anywhere.
Do you mind sharing the protocol with me if you have one?
