How many (volume) protein we have to run in SDS-PAGE, if we want to electroelution that protein and use it as good antigen?

Have you ever tried immunizing with nitrocellulose strips. It worked for me pretty fine. After blotting I cut the band of interest and homogenize it in pure DMSO (usually 10 mcg per shot)

hola!soy de la FCEN de la UBA. Tengo un electroeluter de BIORAD y se me ha perdido el intructivo que viene con el aparato. Lo tenes vos? necesitaria hacerle una fotocopia.Desde ya gracias
