Hi all...

The most experienced member of our lab just left and unfortunately, did not keep a very detailed lab notebook.   We're running low on completed MEM. My colleagues told me they don't feel comfortable making it without a procedure more detailed than that in the notebook. I was wondering if anyone had a recipe/protocol for making MEM with FBS, L-glutamine, and NaOH they'd be willing to share?

Just FYI, I checked in the protocols posted on the site and the one recipe available leads to a 404 Page Not Found.
