My P.I. asked me to get quotes from some companies to do sequencing across several exons of our gene of interest in ~100 gDNA samples. The prices I've been quoted are all in the same range--$10,000 to $20,000 for 1400 PCRs and cleanups followed by 2800 sequencing reactions--so I'm left wondering if anyone has had any experience using the following companies for sequencing projects of this scale:
Operon
Sequetech
Seqwright
Functional Biosciences
Mclab
If you have used any of these, could you please let me know whether you were pleased with the results you received, or if you can suggest other companies to try?
Thanks,
Ted
