I would like to check platelet binding to T cells in an experiment by fluorescent microscopy. Can anyone help me with a protocol for this? Thank you.

Try CD 42b Clone MM2/174 from NovoCastra.
The CD 42b antigen is expressed on platelets and megakaryocytes in bone marrow.
