I remember hearing about a method (using monoclonal-antibody coated magnetic beads, I think) to isolate T cells pre-activated and secreting the cytokine of choice, eg. IFN-gamma or IL-4 etc. I don't remember the company which supplies the kit. Can anyone enlighten me??
