Does any one work with these apoptosis markers in lymphoblasts, i just need to knw the procedure

Follow the manufacturer's recommendation for Annexin V (use the right buffer etc), and add PI to a final conc of 50ng/ml. Use unstained - only AnnV - only PI as negative control and for compensation.
