I'm a student and I'm preparing  the thesis for my graduation !!!!!                                                                          
I need to produce hybridomas with tumoral B lymphocytes !!!I've never done it and so ,before using my precious cells,I want to improve "my abilities" with other cells !!!!
I don't know which could be the best for my first experiment of cellular fusion!! I would start with a tumoral lymphocyte cellular line!!!!Is there anyone who can help me to choose the best cells to start????
