hi all :D

i did ROS detection in the peritoneal macrophages of my animal model of the inflammatory disease. i want to estimate biochemically the oxidative stress parameters in the peritoneal fluid...i have injected the animal with a mineral oil and ascitic fluid develops after three months...now my question is ' how can i do superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase and lipidperoxidation in the peritoneal fluid? anybody please guide.
god is great
