What would be the best way to activate mouse B cells in vitro? How long do they survive in the activated states in vitro culture? Thanks for your advice in advance!

A good way to activate mouse B cells in culture is by stimulating them with LPS at a concentration of 40 micrograms per ml.  I have stimulated them up to 72 hours but I have been told that they can last at least a week.
