Hi all-

I recently ran a SDS-PAGE gel of a monoclonal antibody (+ 2X SB) and after developing the western, I noticed there were 3 bands on my film.  I know I should see a heavy and light chain, but does the third (and largest) band indicate that some of the antibody was not denatured?
