I need to find how many molecules of dna are in my solution of dna. So I have 150 microliters of the dna solution at a concentration of 1 nanogram per microliter. My dna is 76 bp and I searched online to see that one dsDNA of this 76bp sequence is 7.70e-20g.

Essentially, I'm just wondering about calculating the molar mass of the DNA sequence. Would it just be 1mol/7.70e-20g?
