Hello,
Under what conditions you usually run a 15% PAGE, amp? voltage? time? i am using Bio-Rad gel instrument...

i guess u are under the wrong section!!!
i tun it at 130V for 1 hour!!
u can even use 100 V till stacking and then increase in separating!!
