Hi,

I am plannning to induce arthritis by intra-articular injection into ankle of mice.
I read some papers but could not find how to do it in detail.

Could you tell me the way or the literature about it?

I'm also wrestling with this procedure. Is the best way anterior or posterior approach? And how do you make sure the injection really goes inside the joint capsule and not the surrounding tissues?
