Hi,

I will soon be performing cell adsion assay on my gene of interest using collagen but I don;t understand teh rational behind it.  If the cell line is tumorigenic, we expect to see reduced no. of cells adheringto the collagen and if the cell line is tumor suppressive, we expect to see greater no. of cells retainig the adhering property compared to the control cells?
