Hi Guys,
I want to do the DNA methyltransferase activity assay for plant. But I still don`t know how to do it. I`m planning to try EpiQuik DNA Methyltransferase Activity/Inhibition Assay Kit but I don`t know how to get the enzyme or to get the right nuclear extract. Epigene also have the kit for nuclear extract but I doubt it will work because my samples from leaves. I`m really new to this but I can`t spend to much money to try so I really need your help. Thx
